New Links Directory Website

Hello all, Looking for a PHP, Mysql, Ajax, css,html Based Link Directory with following features 1. Categories Categories should be displayed on home page and users can browse them accordingly Categories also contain sub categories All categories shows there link submitted by users in particular categories Categories should have there image(small image) Top Category widget on side bar All categories have details text content example domain will be provided in pm if needed ability to add new categories and subcategories via admin panel 2. Links User can submit links to sub categories not in main categories submission page will be in ajax to load categories selection etc 4 type of link submission free,reciprocal,paid,feature a beautiful designed links subscription selection page which attract user eye catching User can also submit there full address if they want to display google map which will be integrated to show on link details page Link should be valid and all validation should be done like title,meta tags,already not exist, plus further validation provided later A nice link details page and also all sub categories should show links into there pages Link page should contain all social media links twitter,fb,googleplus so that people can like them etc people can review links and also rate them all link should show thumbnail of website link details page should also show the following information about link i) total pages in google index ii) alexa rank iii) year register 3. payment We want two type of payment method for payed links i) Paypal ii) onsite credit cards linked back to Paypal payment standard account to accept credit cards via API functions 4. Admin area A back-end admin area where we can review submission of links, add categories, add links, review payments, and other necessary changes to the directory, newsletter system to members etc 5. User Registration all outside people required to register and verified before they leave there comments and rating etc 6. template we want some thing unique and simple as per seo concern . website template shld follow latest web 2.0 guidelines and should not contain any w3c error. 7. Security We want very strict implementation against Sql injection, Spam and don't want spammer to flood our directory . So very strict policy for spammers. Programmer should code website with latest PHP environments . 8. UR rewrite (SEO) we want programmer to follow SEO url rewrite and pages should be end in .html htm or /page/ format 9. Eye Catching Logo Design is also required for directory (no use of automatic software to generate one) There are few more things that need to be included and will be discussed later ! Only talented and serious bidder are welcome Min experience required is 5-8 years and we also need to look at previous work you guys done . We are well aware of directory scripts widely available in the market and we already running one on our domain but we don't want such script any more . We want our own developed script so please stay away if u are going to modify or providing pre built-in scripts . We want unique directory.
