Ad Serving Network API Integration + Site

Job Description Hello, We need a programmer / team to make our ad reporting platform. We actually use a software called HasOffers to set up the advertisers, publishers, payouts, etc, and because this software is very complex we need a simple (and complete) reporting platform for our publishers. In this reporting platform you will use the "HasOffers" API to gather all the information to display (date, clicks, impressions, earnings...). And also you will need to integrate with the HasOffers payment system for publishers (send receipts, payment history). As we are a banner serving network you need also to make some simple codes to integrate with the HasOffer system and generate the banner code. We also need a sign up system that will be integrated with the HasOffers API, so that means the user must sign up to two different systems at the same time. A very good admin panel is also needed, with possibility to add multiple admins and managers, configure the reporting system, modify what campaigns will be shown on a specific publisher banner code, settings like: auto-approve publishers, or set new publishers to pending state by default, approve publishers manually, ban publishers, see info about the publishers. We dont need many functionalities on this admin panel because HasOffers admin panel has all this, its basically only the Publisher info and options to approve, ban etc... And remember, all this has to be done on two systems, using the API, so both the reporting system and the ad server system have exactly the same user data. We also need you to make the site of our advertising network. A simple corporate site with sign up, contact, etc... I will provide you examples of sites. Layout, UI, etc... everything must be done. Site should also be multi-language, and easy configuration to make translations.
