This site is for people who own a forum site to list their site
The header should have images of people talking and laughting.
If you look at the site you will see several features

Register link
Section with directory statistices
whos online stats
A set of links at the top
All of the features listed on the site must be included in the template.
I will also need a a section for a banner across the top directly below the header
I will need to see a mockup before I select anyone. If you do not do a mockup I will not select you for the project
Obviously no one is reading the project request. I need a mockup before I make a decison
The site is already using a script I need a template integrated into the script
Please don't waste your time or mine if you can not meet my request for a mock up
