Two websites. Set up, design, pages and back office detailed project

Hi, I have two domains registered and ready to go. I now need a team to set up the sites and pages to my specification so that I can start adding content. All creative, design and technical work is on you. This will involve creating the design work for the site and implementing, creating the pages needed. Take a look at [login to view URL] and have a look at the video - from 1'40 seconds- it will give you an idea of the look and feel I would like for the webpage. the Guardian ipad app is made up of block and colour codes - different sizes depending on the importance of the news etc. If you can download the app and play with it you will see how well they integrate the design with the news Also look here ... [login to view URL] five seconds in. This colour block design. This is how I want the sites to look and feel. Guys, this is not simple word press theming. Please don't bid unless you can bring this look and feel to life on the sites. I am looking to create something with a similar approach on my site. The site is a mens magazine website with news, features and interviews. The second site is a sports news site. We will need pages for: Home Page Interviews Sport Travel Fashion Music etc Lots of nice colour-coding and blocks for the features etc. Looking at the Guardian app will tell you everything! If you think you can do a good, strong job with this, then we are of course happy to stick with you through development, SEO etc etc. Happy to answer any questions you may have in advance to ensure this is 100% clear.
