Front Page to Design a Template Page

I am looking for an experience person who has experience with Front Page and has Front Page 2000 or later to design a web page template. It must be done in Front Page so I can publish it to my host server with Front Page Extensions. The theme of the site is Italian Gifts and Wines. The design must include a top shared border with graphics and be joined in a matching color left navigation bar. The top border must work as a shared top border. It should have a logo and have graphic images on it. The a left shared border must be a table format that allows links to be added to the left border. The body of the page shall consist of a table and cells and must allow cells to be added or deleted to contain text or images. The top border and the page must not exceed the width of the page to avoid scrolling left and right by a user. There should be no java scripts or CSS. Work done must be able to be published to my web site. Do not use FTP or Zipped files to be copied here. I must approve the border graphics, color and the design. Top and left side should be joined together in the design. When you have the layout and concept to be used, sent it to me before continuing to be sure it's correct. DO NOT USE FTP or FRAMES. I have limited knowledge of html. No flash. I know no java language. I rely strictly upon front page functions. Work can only be posted to my site using the publishing function in frontpage. I do not have any knowledge about editing, photo shops, etc. I buy images or receive free ones and insert them with FP. I don't use frames. I don't know CSS. This project must be completed within not more than 10 days. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
