Quick cut and paste update for website NO CODING

Job Description:
Need somebody to update to do some cut and paste update for the following site bilingual website (spanish english): [url removed, login to view]
You will be provided with doc files that will contain the new articles.
You will also be provided with the .aspx files that need to be update.
You will then have to delete the previous articles and the new ones following the preexisting structure.
There is NO coding involved just cut and paste and some occasional html
<b>tag or <br> tags.
The following sections need to be updated:
editorial
cover story
Culture
Local
Culture
Get to know
Pub notes
International
Education
Go green
Health
Immigration
Sports
I m including one .apsx file so that you can see the structure.
I will need no more than a 2 day turnaround as this shouldnt take more than an hour or two.
