I need someone that can give constant updates on what they are doing and how the site they are working on is going. Communications is very very important. You must be on yahoo and singed in where I can see you and you must give updates on what you are doing. Requirements for my purposes: 1. Programmer that works online full-time 2. Someone that can communicate 3. Online atleast 12 hours a day 4. Single and Non-Student is preferred 5. Prefer someone in the United States 6. No Hourly Rates I need someone that is willing to work on the small jobs just as much as the big jobs All jobs are fee based per job and no hourly rates will be paid. The fee is what I will offer you, the fee is also based upon what a site is selling for. I need someone that is looking for extra income to help pay sopme much needed bills, I am NOT LOOKING for someone that wants to get rich overnight, I know what my sites are worth and I understand how my sites work. I need someone taht builds from scratch and that knows how to do it in a professional manner. If I have to kep going over your work corrected it then you are not the person I need. I dont need any designer either I need a programmer but design skills would be a plus. If you ahve read this description abd you do meet the requirements then please place in your bid ' i want to make some extra income ' those that dont do this will be ignored as I know you have not even bothered to read this. The first job will be your trail period and will pay upto $50 to see how you are going to work out. After such if I am happy we will see about giving you more jobs.
