Regular Project Outsourcing PHP

Hi, We are a reputed company in India, looking for partner companies to whome we can outsource our projects. Please know about our website from the doc file attached. What we are looking is a company, whome we can trust for our inhouse and sometimes client projects. We want NDA signed with the company we choose. We DO NOT want, any single person company who goes to job in the morning and works at night. We want a full time company who can handle our projects without delay and is VERY RESPONSIVE during all times. We want a company which can DEVELOP Custom Software development for us. We rarely get projects based on OS commerce modifications etc, and most of the time get applications which are custom. We basically want profeciency in mainly ASP/PHP/XML etc. The work will range from shopping carts to affliate programs, to picture galleries, to real time portals. Hence, we want a company to give us "competetive" prices on the smallest to the biggest job. We have given a lot of work to many companies over the past few years, and now we are looking for that another provider. You need to be a fully professional company, which we can rely on. While bidding, please send a list of real time projects done, and there locations. Only a company with atleast 10 Programming projects online will be considered.
