Create a Zoom WebSDK Client in PHP

Job Description:
I want a zoom websdk client in php.
The landing page should be a login page in which user will login using their username and password.
after login the user should be shown a list of active meetings (the list will be fetched from a table in mysql).
when the user clicks on one of the meeting, they should join the meeting without inputting any meeting ID and password.
No PHP framework should be used in the project. Just plain PHP, js, HTML should be used.
I dont care about the design of the website. it can look ugly as the code will just be used for reference.
