Create one Simple TMS script on Core PHP with Bootstrap or cakephp or YII.

We are a web development service provider. We have one ongoing PHP Script development Project for our client. I will pay you $30 and if you can complete this project within committed time then we will give you $20 extra and also will give you 5 star rating once you successfully complete this project. This script will involve more functionality than design. Details will be discussed over chat. I will not create a milestone in advance. I will not accept any copyright on the script. Once you complete the project, I will create milestones and release once will check everything on our server. If you agreed with these terms then only bid.
