Job Description:
Please read requirements and respond letting me know if and how you can complete this project. I don't mind using off the shelf solutions, I just need someone to make it work.
I want to send direct mail pieces to people who will then browse to my website and answer a few questions. I want respondents to enter a unique code or record identifier that is found on their mail piece then answer a few questions.
The unique code would correlate their responses to the data we already have on them in our source data. For the output I would like the code they enter to correlate with data we already have then add the data from the questions they answer.
The code they enter can prefill the form or it can all happen in the background, I'm not worried about that.
I would like the source data be easy for me without much knowledge to upload or change. All the source data is currently in an excel file.
