Job Description:
Create a form which is accessible by predefined set of users from an admin_user table.
For setup and testing, use
username: admin1 / password: password1
username: admin2 / password: password2
username: admin3 / password: password3
username: admin4 / password: password4
You to NOT need to do any work on creating users and you can use a simple id, username, password structure for the admin users table.
Attached is the html file
Record all fields in a briefing_forms table PLUS
id
Created_date_time
Latest_update_date_time
Created_by (this will be the logged-in admin username)
Other_access (this will be an array of usernames that also have access)
Last_version (save previous version for backup)
Last_version_2
Last_version_3
Last_version_4
Last_version_5
Status (saved or committed)
Add another field “Allow access” and allow user to enter a comma separated list of other admin usernames that can access this form.
Allow user to view previous versions and to ‘revert’ to a previous version or go back to current version
Buttons at the bottom:
[SAVE FOR LATER] and [COMMIT BRIEF]
Users can come back and edit any briefs that are permitted based on either being created by that user, or their username is in an array of users with access.
Users can come back and view any briefs that are ‘committed’
Users can view any files uploaded in the upload functions
Users must be limited to 175kb in the upload function and file types of jpg, png, pdf, psd, jpeg, tif,tiff, ai,eps
All fields must be xss_cleaned and the form must pass OWASP top 10 security testing
Must work on MariaDB 5.5 with PHP 5.6 and on MariaDB10 with PHP 7.4+
