This project is for a call center. I need a front interface for the call center agent to input a request from a client and send it to the appropriate franchisee. Next phase is to create a franchisee login interface so franchisee can access the requests and accept them.
All new input of clients must be kept in a database so when the same client calls back the service desk will be able retrieve that client and will show the information. Do not want to duplicate record.
