Joomla Article Layout, Cleanup & Format

I'm looking for someone with Joomla content, layout and design experience. I have an article that I uploaded to my Joomla site that I would like to make the picture layout look more professional with a possible gallery inside of it. HERE IS WHAT THE ARTICLE LOOKS LIKE: [login to view URL] for this project I need the following things: 1. I need to fix the pictures so they are laid out nicely (with some floating to the left or right) and some featured big. If you know how to do good layout that would be great! 2. In the article there are some references 1 - 30 and they have a little [1] [2] [3] by them that need to jump to the bottom numbers at the bottom (in the reference section). 3. At the bottom of the article there are hyperlinks that say the name of the link with the web address after, but I need to clean them up so the name of the link has the hyperlink in it (like I've already done to option 1 at the bottom reference). 4. If possible, I have a few extra bonus pictures (called awards) that would be cool to have a small slice gallery (in Rok Gallery) for them towards the bottom - but I can figure that one out if needed.
