Prestashop attributes combination issue

ISSUE 1:
- The price on the product page ([login to view URL]) is no longer updated when combinations are in effect.
Examples:

- On this page one can select different cable lenghts. However the price does not update accordingly since longer cables obviously come at higher prices.
- On this page one can select different product colors. However the price does not update accordingly since the silver and black amplifier are not priced [login to view URL] are the correct prices set in our back office:

The final shopping cart sum is correct.
ISSUE 2:
EAN codes for different combinations cannot be left blank without pack deals showing correctly.
Example:

Products with different attributes have different EAN codes. Some products don't have an EAN code.
If the EAN code field is left blank in the combinations tab in the backoffice, pack deals do not show up correctly, see screenshot. Our pack deals should show horizontally, not vertically.
