We are exchanging work via email to remove unwanted bicycles in Japan.
We are considering introducing a system to accept and report work requests from users on our website.
Please refer to the attached video and the following website. The site is in Japanese, but please use Google Translate tool.

The script should be as follows
I, the client, own the script.
The script will be used on multiple sites.
Script must be responsive.
The script must be used on the administrator panel and the registered user panel.
I will request Japanese language version of the script after completion.
Registered User Side
Users who wish to use the system can follow the steps below (please refer to the video)
Step1. Enter your e-mail address and apply for temporary registration.
Step2. Register from the received e-mail.
Enter your company information, contact person information, and address automatically from your zip code (reference site: [login to view URL])
Step3. After completing this registration, you will receive an e-mail with login information including a password.

Notices from the site, work requests, and work request inquiries
Step4.] Apply for a work request, and the page structure is
The applicant information is quoted from the information entered in Step 2.
The name of the place where the work is requested (this information is also used for referencing)
Address to request work
Number of units to be worked on -> 2 items and the number of units for each
Work plan → 1 type (no charge for the work)
Date of work to be performed (this information will also be used for reference)
Step5. Submit after confirming the information you have entered

The work request can be narrowed down by the location and date of the work request.
The status of the requested work can be viewed by opening the work request location.
The information entered in Step:4 and the date of receipt
The information entered in Step:4 and the date of receipt are displayed in a PDF file.
This information is processed and manipulated on the management side.
