We are going to launch a local ISP that is going to provide be Wireless Internet for the community, however- to pay for the raw bandwidth we would like some way to get returns from those users.

Ass many free dial-up provider and ISP's, specially HotSpots in Hotel and Crowded area does, we would like to setup a separate "DNS Server" that would inject some commercials in every websites resolved thru them.

We are not talking about WalledGreen/SplashPortals, instead we want to serve ads to everyone who usages our DNS Servers, this can be done by replacing common .js scripts with a locally mirror modified javascript or maybe there are some better ways that you can advice.
