WordPress high CPU when visiting website and wp-admin

Job Description:
Good day,
Our website [login to view URL] is running very high CPU usage times since a couple of days now. No major changes made to site, and we have already tried
1) Switching off WP Cron
2) Switched off Heartbeat
3) Upgraded to PHP 7.4
4) Install LiteSpeed webserver
5) Caching / images optimzation etc.
6) Changed hosting (now on Cloud vps with 3vCPU's and 6GB ram)
Sometimes website even throws 503 error because its so slow.
Anyone who is experienced is this issues please comment we need to fix this ASAP.
