Here are the details on what would need to be done for this project:
There is a tool called Apply Online that a staffing software company provides to its agencies when they have folks that want to apply online. The data then is put into the staffing software from the web based form. You can see a sample of the web form here: [login to view URL]
They do not want to change the functionality, they just want to do the following two things:
1) Give the GUI a face lift and make it look like this tool [login to view URL] - (logon with the following info agency-staff/password).
2) Make it mobile friendly
A few notes:
1) The tabs don't have to be tabs anymore if that makes it easier - they could be 'steps'
2) The logo can be at the top if that makes it easier
3) A development area would be set up to work off of
