Add a Neopet style system to my website

I need a pet system added to [login to view URL] This will be a variety of different things but essentially you can buy some pet eggs for $1-5 (just to help with income to allow us to add more features). But the biggest part of this is all the coolest pets will be earnable ONLY. For example, you'll have a 0.001% chance to get a Phoenix egg when doing something like posting. You can find a Dragon egg with a 1% chance every time you successfully make and upload an article/blog post to the website, etc. Once you get the egg you have to be active in order to hatch it. You'll have like 5 stages, one will be the egg, then it'll show up with a crack after you do a combination of x posts, comments, reactions, etc. Eventually it'll hatch into a baby phoenix which you can have displayed on your profile and next to your name. You will then need to feed it until it reaches adulthood with stuff you can find by posting, being active, etc. or just lazily buy it. Once you get your pet to adult hood it stays that way and it'll have stats. You can battle other peoples pets, train it, etc. like in pokemon. I may even use Pixacrea to do this since I have 185 unique creatures for my game anyway and have the legal license for this. With this I'd need the ability to add new pets, choose if they cost money, or if the percentage of chance you'll be able to find one by doing something (drop down of everything you can do on the site from Liking a Post, Commenting on a post, having your blog post accepted, making a post, etc.) I'd need it to have the ability to do small percentages such as 0.0001% chance and up to 100% chance. With the ability to only get 1 of each egg/pet. Then the ability to choose how many likes,comments,posts, etc. is required to hatch each egg and the egg stage. When you click on your pet you'd be able to see it's stats. The stats would be determined by the pet itself (when making the pet there would be options to add the stats of it. HP, Attack, Magic, Spells (spells unlocked at x levels), speed. This will show up. From there, you can check out other peoples pets and see what they have, their levels, stats, etc. and then you can click battle on them and then they'd get a notification that x user wishes to battle them. If accepted both parties choose a pet and then battle each other. Whoever wins will get XP based on that pets level compared to theirs. When creating the pet on the back end I should be able to put in the base stats at level 1 (when it is fully hatched) the ability to put x HP, x Magic, x Attack, x etc. Then I should be able to choose stat it increased. For example, base stats 10hp and every level it gains 3 HP every level. As for the UI, think of something like Pokemon or TemTem but on the battle screen. Something like that, where it shows your pet in the left, their pet on the right and all the current stats. Obviously it wouldn't be able to do a direct copy of this but it can be close. Here's a picture of TemTem which should give you another example. Obv, this would be a lot simpler. It'd just show "your pet" and then "their pet" with their stats on it. You could just put your pet on the bottom of the page, and their pet stats on the top. On the bottom, you'd add the moves to attack. Think of something such as the Neopet game back in the early 2000s, this game allowed you to do everything I've listed so it shouldn't be all to complicated to make.
