Android TV Application needs creating by an experienced Android APK developer / programmer

I am an Android TV box seller. I need a very professional and beautiful looking and reliable Android TV application creating with nice looking menus and very specific requirements and buttons with various functions and download links that allow applications to be downloaded from various sites and then gives customers a choice of installing single or all the applications required on their device. Also when the application is launched it has a professional short animation video with sound representing my marketing logo and words. Once application is launched it has a short cut icon to launch Kodi and it also has a button to access android tv box settings. Also it has another button to view installed applications. Most importantly at the bottom of the interface there will be about 10 icons for android applications. When you click on the application name it will download that application and allow the customer to install the application on their android tv box or install all of them if needed. The application will also have a Builds button. When user clicks on that section it will allow the customer to see various icons with different Kodi build names and dates and user and click on any of these build names and application will show downloading progress and install the appropriate folder to a specific location on the android tv box. Then the customer can click on the Kodi shortcut within the application to launch the application and the build they downloaded.. The applications at the bottom and the builds section would need to be maintained by my ideally later to update content if possible. I want the applications and builds to stay updated versions for customers. Also if possible another button will be called Games that will have 4 menus with pictures to install MAME, SNES, MEGADRIVE Emulator and another emulator. Once user clicks on games the emulator will download and install on box and it will also give user the option to download games and install them on box too after the emulator is installed. My competitor already has this application working perfect. I have this application and a custom version of Kodi that the competitor programmed and created. I can upload these applications to you so you can examine them both and cater them for my needs only for the right candidate or company. The Kodi app is not really that much customised besides the version number and icon. The Kodi app is needed to work with the other application and also once a Kodi build is downloaded and installed from Builds section then Kodi launches that build. For the right candidate or company it would be better if they install both apps after getting them from me and seeing how they work and what functionality is required and how the both applications work with each other. Such an application already exists and I need it customising for me and with my wording and branding and animation at the beginning. It needs to be fully compatible with Android TV Boxes (Android 5.0 Lollipop and Android 6.0 Marshmallow). Also it needs to be compatible with Amazon Fire sticks and Amazon fire TV (Fire OS). Hence for the right person or company I can email both the applications to help me achieve my goals and cater an identical or even better application for me. The ideal candidate or company will be an experienced android application developer and if you have developed android applications for android tv boxes and have knowledge of Kodi that is even better.
