App builder ( preferably knowledgeable in CIVICRM )

Hello, I work for a non profit and we're searching for a freelancer to help build an app or a mobile website that's able to help us do the following: - App will have different accessibility and functions for 3 category of users - public, paid members and selected partners. - Linked to payment gateway ipay88 ( Southeast Asia's largest gateway ) - Allow paid members to upload their photo, and enter contact details - Membership database linked to Google Sheets - Variable Membership types of pricing and validity period - Generate a "membership card" with their photo id with a QR code that they can show on their phones, with expiration date. - Event Management/Ticketing * ( This will require frequent editing and accessible via our website, and social media) - Event registrations linked to Google Sheets - Members would be able to purchase tickets at discounted pricing compared to public. - Our selected partners can use the app as a code scanner/reader to verify membership IDs. We aim to have a membership database of about 500, and run about 2 events per month, and sell about 50 tickets each event.
