auction image sripte and template fix

my auction web is all template,

1)now i need to modify it 1024 more width, now 640 for detail please check those jpg file i enlcose to see what to change, or how and what to change, the control panel need to move to left panel

2) when list an auction, i want to separate the image function, i want the list auction scripte like ebay, page by page

3) remeber passwd, make as function to remember passwd , as now place an auction or bid , all the time need to keep in passwd

4) fix the cron, when an auction end, remove the auction which is end, now was set for too long time to save loading of server.

5) fine turn the [url removed, login to view] make it run more smooth,

6) brower language detect code, my site is work with multi lang, 2 chinese and englsih, i need code to detect bowser and switch to correct lang,

it must work with mozilla and other smilar browser
