Better design for buying and checkout pages (Woo commerce)

HI everyone!
I have a Woo commerce website installed in working. I need to change two pages on my store:
1 - [login to view URL]
Improovements:
- Category menu must be on top with "horizontal scrolling";
- Items products must be in "horizontal scrolling";
- Buttons "plus" and "minus" on left and right of "field" qty on each product item;
You can see "sampleBuy;png" attached image.
2 - Checkout page
I need to modify checkout page. Maybe a "frame that contains "Address delivery", "Payment method info" and "Confirm order" Button. All these items organized on the screen.
This pages will be opened on desktop and cellphone.
