We currently use Vcita to schedule customers in for appointments however it is limited to its ability when a customer requires products to be supplied at appointment time.
We require a solution that enables an internal employee to schedule and add products when a call comes through or when a customer wants to schedule online and purchase products to arrive at the appointment.
To purchase products or services we need the customer to verify who they are by creating an account and logging in to be secure. Alerts provided to customers for tracking of products and can also see in real time where there technician is for services provided.
