Hi,
I need a freelancer who can create a simple telegram bot.
Its function mainly to broadcast bot.
1. If the bot (B) receive a message (s) from certain user (A) then it should deliver the message to all of the members (X). A -> B -> X
2. If the bot (B) recieve a message (s) from one of the members (X) then it would strip the sender (strip X), send it on behalf of the sender (X), then forward it to certain user (A), X -> B (strip) -> A
3. If the bot (B) find out that certain message has been duplicated, it then can re-deliver the message to participants (X), added a TTL for messages 12 hours (certain hours)
A Windows based bot is preferrable.
