Hello, I know very well the CI framework, and I would like to help you. However consider that mails going to SPAM could have IP reputation issues, there are services that allows to check if your server IP is blacklisted or if it has bad reputation, also from the headers of the email you should be able to see how spam filters are marking your message. A part that, sometimes messages are marked as spam because the mail is sent by using the mail() function and without providing SMTP access to the legit account, when this happens mail servers cannot trust the origin and usually send in spam or discard the messages. Other issues could be tied to the sending rate. So, if you are interested, I think I can help you, but I need also to understand why it happens. Kind regards, Giuseppe
