-I am looking for a veteran in web programming who knows how to make an Audio Visualiser & Audio/Video Player on browsers and understands the latest modern design and colour.
-Simple Design, nothing complicated. The more simpler, the better.
-No borders in designs at all.
-Excellent English UK/US Skills.
-Project has 3 parts.
Audio and Videos files will be stored on a database and streamed into the Audio/Video Player.
Maybe through PHP through XML Playlist? We can discuss the best option.
Part 1
Audio Video Player (Around £150)
An Audio Video player that allows to switch between an audio to its video. The sound from the audio and video are separate and most of the times the audio and video have different total times.
There is a button that allows the user to switch the audio and its video. Every video has a seperate audio.
For example. An audio called "hello World" is 3:15 long. It also has a uploaded with the video called "hello World" but the video is 4:00 minutes long. e.g. The user that is listening to the audio at 30% of the total time can press a button and it will bring up the video and it will start at 30% of the video time and vice versa.
Audio and Video Players each have 3 layouts - more details in specification.
Audio and Video Player have the exact same layout apart from 1 minor difference - more details in the specification.
Audio and Video Player have all the typical buttons and functions of a player.
Audio and Video Players are not separate players, they are 2 in 1.
Part 2
Audio Visualiser (Around £80)
Create a Real-Time 2D Audio Visualiser 80% similar to the following video:

Performance: 60-120 Frames Per Second.
The other 20% difference is provided to you in designs.
All Requirements, Specifications and Designs are provided.
Although you are expected to make minor changes to the icons/buttons from the designs. Icons and buttons can not be 100% the same - because I do not own the designs.
Part 3
Compatibility on Browsers
i. Google Chrome (1st)
ii. Safari (2nd)
iii. Internet Explorer 11.0 and above only (3rd)
IE is not 100% necessary. Chrome and Safari will be sufficient if IE is not possible - but will be great.
Compatible on Desktops, PC, and Tablet only.
Not available for Mobile view on browsers.
All Screen Size compatible (except mobile).
Timescale: 1-3 weeks. Everything is provided to you, so the rest is up to you to finish within the timescale.
