Job Description:
We requirer a Database that is dedicated to the sponsorship of children.
1. The database must be searchable by using the ID of the child, ID of the sponsor and name of the child. (we are open to suggestion as to what other parameter the database could be searchable by.)
2. A child's profile must allow the following information to be entered and saved.
1. A photo of the child must be able to be uploaded to the child's profile.
1. There must be room to upload thirty photos in chronological order and select a date that corresponds to the date the photo was taken.
2. Name of the Child
1. First (English)
2. Middle (English)
3. Last (English)
4. Fields for traditional names.
3. ID # of the child
4. Amount of money that is being donated to the child
5. Sex of the child
6. Date of Birth of the child
7. Health Statues.
1. Any illness and/or special medical need the child may have
8. Religion
1. of the child
2. of the parents
3. fields of the siblings
9. Tribe
10. language
11. School
1. boarding or day
2. Insert levels of schools
12. Previous schools that the child attended.

15. Back ground information
1. The ADMIN and staff will be able to enter into the database background information that pertains the child. The ADMIN and staff will be able to date the information and view it in chronological order.
The list above is not complete and thus the ADMIN and staff much be able to add additional areas that will hold information that pertains to the child that is being sponsored.
ADMIN will assign an ID and password to each member of the staff that the ADMIN wishes to be able to see and manipulate the information within the Database. The ADMIN will also be able to select from a menu what specific information within the database each ID/Staff Member will be able to see and manipulate.
The database will assign a number to each sponsor. The ADMIN will be able to choose whether or not the staff is able to see the numbers and/or the names of the sponsors.
The ADMIN will have the ability to select which sponsors have paid or not paid and the generate a report that cane be emailed to different staff members.
The ADMIN will be able to select what information the ADMIN wishes the sponsor to see and then generate a report with all the selected information on it. Once the report has been generated the ADMIN will have the option of emailing it to the sponsor.
The database will send a reminder to the ADMIN and staff reminding them of important date such as when sponsors are to donated every month.
