Build a Multi Vendor Online Store

Hi, I need a multivendor ecommerce website . I am open to use magento, opencart or any other framework as suggested by you . I can upload the template and load the sample data into it . I need few customization on the template . The ecommerce web site going to be used to shop sample product . Sample product price is some what around market selling price . Our actual target is to sell those products in bulk . So we need few extra fields on the products . 1. Price range (lower - Upper) whole sale price range 2. Supply Ability ( number of pieces) 3. Minimum Order Quantity . on home page we want to display featured/latest products . This feature is there in many templates .But we want to change the display price there to lower price range . 2nd requirement We like to have feature that will allow my friends companies to trade on our site . that's the reason we want it as multivendor website . once a seller get registered / while displaying products those need to be approved by admin . I think this feature is there in many templates. We need to display sellers profile under product like it displayed on ebay 3rd Help require in installing and configuring CRM plugin . please let me know if you have any question on this .
