Hello! I have already done a quiz like this, where user was downloading questions from server, answering them and it sent user's answers back to server. Therefore, I have a ready architecture that only needs to be tweaked out and mostly needs design changes. Do you have a ready design, or do you have a website on which the app design should be based?
