Get user page according to the user profile. After login page – Verify the status of the last notification in database and display to user Notification page – 2 FORMS here: • Form 1 – 1 radio button and 3 input fields(Datenow / Database userprofile id / Database userprofile code) • Form 2 - 3 radio buttons, 5 input fields (who 1 of them is auto filled from database user profile id, 1 database user profile code(depends on credentials), 1 other is auto filled with datetimenow), and 6 checkbox.
