Build a Simple Invoicing Software

What I understand is that the invoice will be sent from the online web application to be developed. You will upload csv file every week and the invoices will be generated based on information in the file. Will these be sent as email? If it is too many vendors then emails may be marked as spam by gmail - so let me know. Invoice will be sent as PDF? I am confident of delivering well. I request you to share the csv file with sample data and invoice format. Also address the query about sending out emails. Above details will enable me to assess scope of work precisely. I will revise / confirm my bid accordingly. Detailed specifications and inputs will also help me make an informed commitment and deliver as required.
