I'm looking for an EXPERIENCED developer who can build a Web and App for a Tax company. The freelancer MUST know the API and companies who do the API so they can work together. The freelancer has to know how customers can file the taxes and refund process with IRS in USA.

The reference for the app I'm looking for is similar to HR&BLOCK. Please be familiar with how HR&BLOCK operates.
