Job Description:

I have a construction company. We specialise in carpentry, house building and apartments.
A big issue I have is from subcontractors invoicing, they always put wrong project names, addresses, and charge rates. Which leads to many other issues and lost time going back and finding correct details etc.
My solution is to build a website which I can populate details into a database so the user will login select the projects and elements of work they have done and this will then create an invoice/claim that automatically gets emailed in pdf/excel form.
Subcontractors need to be able to login in with unique login which gives them access to select a project, item/element of work and charge rate.
The charge rates will be different for each contractor.
I also need to be able to run reports on each contractor/project/element of work/ rates etc.
Look and feel are not important, its the functionality that is. and it is unique. Its specific to my companies problem. I suppose [login to view URL] would be close to functionality kind of.
