Build A Website - Online Store - Preferred Prestashop

This project is for developer who has good knowledge of E-Commerce’s store. I am looking for a responsive online store, in “Prestashop” or any better Platform with SEO. Buyer/ User can registered themselves just a simple self OTP or Email Verification Method + 2 way password protected login (Ex – Buyer normal password + same time he has to enter the OTP received on his mobile). Guest (Who doesn’t want to register themselves) should be able to make purchase Admin should have all the rights to accept and reject the new Buyer / seller registration or rejection at any point, If any unauthorized activity found.
