I am looking for a single web page preferably written in PHP that uses Amazon Polly's SDK to convert Text into MP3. Currently Amazon Polly will only let you use up to 1500 characters on their demo page: [login to view URL]
Requirements:
1) Single Page (I can host on my server)
2) Text box to input text.
3) Ability to upload PDF, .doc, and other documents for TTS translation.
4) Option to pick which voice I want. (Only English voices from this list: [login to view URL])
5) Download as MP3 button.
6) Generate MP3 files that are over 1500 characters.
7) Automatically upload generated MP3's to a podcast RSS feed
