Create new pages and API's for a wordpress theme website

I need a few pages added to my wordpress theme website and I need a few API's connected as well. Read List below. Heres a link to the theme look there's a demo login to look around. [login to view URL] This website is being made for a real estate agency that does rentals. but this theme is meant for everybody can post but we want to make it that only the agency should be able to post. LIST: 1. We should remove the icons for property types above the search. 2. The static dropdown should be removed as well, since all properties available would be for rent (no others would be used). 3. The "Choose a location" should allow for free text to be entered by users and should provide autocomplete. We can integrate Google Places autocomplete to suggest addresses to the users: [login to view URL] 4. We'll disable all options for site visitors to publish listings. Only representatives of the agency that has ordered the development of the site will have access to do that through the WordPress admin panel. 5. We'll create a new page using the default page template with a form with the same fields as: [login to view URL] We'll use the Gravity Forms plugin for that, taking leverage of it's default styling. The form will have some visual differences from the one on [login to view URL] The apply page needs to submit its data to [login to view URL] & Weimark (API) 6.
