Create a simple BOT (Web based)

Hey,
We are looking for a simple bot, that can create accounts at [login to view URL] (trial account) and install apps.
We would provide data in BOT like name, address, proxies (should support proxies or better find it themselves).
BOT should:
1) Take values from data provided and create account at [login to view URL]
2) Time interval: Have option of time delay in seconds
3) Once account created, it save details like store URL, Username and password in text file as output.
4) Once accounts are created, bot should be able to install specific app in shopify store (based on app URL provided in settings)
So BOT do 2 things, create Shopify stores and install the specific app.
That's all.
