Create an user register platform in a Wix website -- 2

I have a wix educational website. I need to administrate the information of students and teachers. Specifically I need a register user platform when: 1) New students and teacher can create accounts and assign pasword. The users can recover forgotten paswords. 2) The current students can: 1) Suscribe to offered courses. 2) See the history of the past suscribed courses. 3) Delete account. 3) The current teachers can: 1) Offer new courses, and edit the correspondent information. 2) See the history of the past courses offered. 3) Assing a maximun number of seats of each course. 4) All the information will be stored in a data base easy to administrate. 5) The register users must accept terms and conditions (That can be edited by the administration) before to conclude the registration. 6) The admin can directly suscribe or unsuscribe students in courses, can delete and create any account and chanche the permisions of any type of profile. 7) Language Rubi on rails, Java Script (express).
