Creating a store (PHP based script) with custom system

Hello,
We would like to create a store that is based in PHP script, that show items that the store itself doesn’t have but its data imported from global markets all over the world (famous e-stores) and saved all of the products data on the website base itself, except for product options and prices, as they vary. The system should update hourly to check the updates of the product details and prices if they’re changed/updated on the original website so these data can be updated on the store as well.
In addition of the specific requirements mentioned above, the store should include all of the options of any basic and developed store in the globe.
Admin panel and store interface themes are available as PSD only, so these PSD files should be integrated to the website.
