Custom Postcard App with Social Media Integration

My company would like a web app developed that allows users to upload a photo and write a message to be printed on a postcard and shipped. The app will need to integrate with [login to view URL] API for printing and shipping.
Postcard customization should allow the user to upload an image from their phone or social media account and previewed in the UI. It should also allow for writing a personalized message.
The e-commerce element of the app will allow the user to buy packages of credits and different costs and amounts to be used when creating and sending postcards. The app will need to be able to track how many credits a user has left and allow or disable them from sending postcards unless more credits are purchased.
The app will need to have the ability to scrape images and text from social media accounts/posts and format them for postcard printing.
