CUSTOM CODING WILL BE REQUIRED. MADE OFF A LISTING MANAGER PRO PLUGIN AND WOOCOMMERCE PLUGIN. NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN FINISH THIS FAST. NO INDIAN DEVELOPERS. Looking for someone who can add the following features to a pre-existing site: - Show table with precalculated values depending on product price with 25%, 33.33% and 50%. - If % is sold on listings then grey out % that is not able to be used, only show availible % portion and once % is maxed out at 100% remove live listing. - every % portion sold requires a $10 fee immediately. The site end goal is that people are not buying the property but only reserving it online for the % for a $10 fee. Even tho % will show a value of the listing price, they wont be paying that amount online (they do that in person later) so the only fee that the site will be taking is $10 flat rate for all listing reservations.
