Customization of Wordpress website

Hi, English is not my first language so I hope I'll make myself clear enough. My website is based on Listify theme and WP Job Manager plugin (with add ons). It is a music group directory. I need customization work as follows: 1) Display featured listings in random order on archive pages and "Recent Listings" widget. Featured listings must still appear first. 2) Hide empty categories from search fields. 3) I'd like the widget footer to display on archive pages too. 4) I'd like listing owners to be able to upload mp3 files onto their listings. I already set up a custom field (using WP Job Manager Field Editor) that outputs onto the listing page via widget, but I need a media player for visitors to play the files. 5) When trying to upload a mp3 file from the front end, the following message pops up: "Uploaded files need to be one of the following file types: jpg|jpeg|jpe, gif, png, pdf, doc, docx2". 6) On archive pages and "Recent Listings" widgets, each listing preview displays the average rating next to the stars. I want to display the amount of reviews instead. 7) On archive pages and "Recent Listings" widgets I'd like to display an exerpt from the listing description "About Us" below the star rating. This section should be wrapped in a div for styling. 8) On archive pages and "Recent Listings" widgets I'd like to display a "Get Free Quote" (contact listing) button at the bottom of each listing preview. Contact listing functionality and form is already setup, I just need the button to be copied there. 9) I'd like the listing owners to be able to insert several YouTube video URL's and display them in a video gallery on their listing page. 10) On the listing page, there is a section called "Song List", it can be pretty long so I'd like to add a "Read More" button after the first 10 lines. 11) On the listing page, there is a section called "Description", it can be pretty long so I'd like to add a "Read More" button after 500 characters.
