Customize a WP theme and plugin

Hello to all, I bought a theme from envato which includes a real estate plugin. you can see it at [login to view URL] I was trying to set it up as I need it but there are a lot of wishes which are not possible like it is developed for now. So I am looking for a company or a person who can develop it so it fulfil all my ideas how it should look and more important how it should work, I will list the main issues here with screenshots and how the single property site must look. Maybe there are some more issues which will come later on. Please note; because of bad experience I will only payout any part of the amount when all work is finished and I am 100% happy with it. I am open for every quote on this project. but please include an explanation. Here are the details of all sections: Please not; all options must be editable and possibility to add new ones as well Currency: possibility is that seller choose currency at beginning of listing but must be all currencies because it is international All fields must also be able to mark as mandatories or not at admin backend Property map: shows a mark at the address of the chosen property. If seller will not show street of property it will show mark in district or city only. There must be written at frontend „If you want to see the contact details of this property please login or register" Also and very important: In the theme all counties, cities, districts must be inserted by hand to be shown. Do you have any way to upload all those automatically? or bulk upload of a list? because this will be hundred thousand of them. Or maybe its possible with an Google API or something similar?
