We create 3D stl files for our clients. Currently we email them snapshots (jpegs) of the 3d files at angles. And ask them to comment back by email Ideally we would like to develop a web/mobile platform that allows us to: - upload a series of STL files (that get converted into a more simple form - as STL files are usually quite big), by reduce the number of triangles or resolution of the file. - Be able to load all the comments and information about the STL files. The user should be able to look at the STL files and pan between them, rotate, zoom, and make comments on the file itself, and send to us for commenting etc. and then once everyone is happy it should have a "approve" button that allow us to commit to manufacturing the part the client has approved. Essentially it is a client approval system, but integrates the STL file into it.
