I have a board games cafe and I want to make an app for the waiters. The idea behind the app is that I have an excel sheet that has info about my games so the waiters can ask the customer quick questions and get the best games that match what the customer desire. the excel will be updated manually then uploaded to a website that the app access it to retrieve the data. The data included in the excel should be imported to the website's database and it should check for changes in excel including adding new games and removing new games. The excel will be exported from notion database and here is the link for it: [login to view URL] The app I need is a hybrid app that will work on tablets. the app will not be published to the store. Also I need a website page that I can upload the excel from and export some data the waiter gather during ordering to be used as stats. The exported file should be in excel format also. this is a prototype for the app: [login to view URL] the website should use PHP and the database MySQL other technologies are up to the freelancer but it must be something popular and there must be easy for any other freelancer to update it and work on it. The source code must be delivered alongside the app and website. The code must be secure and it must be clean with comments and everything. The waiters will use Arabic language so the display language must be Arabic and if needed I will provide translation but the code must have English and not only use Arabic.

Hi, Let me try to explain the problem I am facing at the moment . What you ave mentioned here gives me an indication of what you need but it does not tell me all the details . Without that I can not form the idea of the Database that I am suppose to build your project on . The Database is everything. Then comes the question of how the project would behave and a more detailed list of operations . I know the interface is important but so is the database backend . So in order to get a proper idea so that I can build a proper project plan , what I need is more information . Therefore I am hoping you will tell me a good time for us to talk .
