ESP32 web server with WiFi and also with cable ethernet and IFTTT

Hi, using this board: [login to view URL] i have to create a web page inside the board with a setting page and in this setting page i want to display a choice for WiFi where you can set if the board work as Access Point (the board create his own WiFi) or SSID and password to connect to customer SSID WiFi. I would like to SAVE the SSID and password in the ESP32 (i don't want to use the SD-Card) When i turn on the board it search for the SSID stored and if the board found it then ok, but if the board doesn't found it then switch to Access Point automaticaly , the board try to connect on the SSID for 10seconds but if within 10 seconds it does not connect then create Access Point for 1 minute, then try to connect to the SSID , if it can't connect switch again to Access Point for another minute and so on... If i don't want to connect to every SSID then i leave the SSID blank and so the board will enable only the Access Point. I want to connect to the board not only using WiFi but also with cable ethernet and the setting page must save my preference about a static ip or DHCP choice (like a setting page inside a WiFi video surveillance camera) I also want to use this project: [login to view URL] (see the last part of the page, the IFTTT session) i would like to manage the board using IFTTT i also want to use MQTT and IFTTT to send command to the board and receive data from the board. i need the source code.
