Please check my last review on the Facebook marketing that I did for a client. Your pixel is firing because of different events. A page view is an event so that can be why it fires. You need to set up the pixel and the events correctly so that you get all the info you need and that the info is segmented. So that you see when someone views your page but didn't subscribe (so you can remarket them) and when someone did subscribe.... and much more. I can make sure to set up your pixel correctly. Hello, This is as simple as you think. if you have cpanel access then check email tracker; you will get email error over there. if have error pass it to me... or share your email code with along with facebook.. chrome have add-one for facebook pixel verification.

For the facebook pixel to fire only after the form has been submitted you must set it to fire on the Thank you page of your lead gen funnel. So, in this case you want to install the (lead) part of the pixel code on the thank you page of your funnel for you to receive the email and have them pixelated.
