Hi. I myself a heavy keyboard user and lover, so I understand your pain. Now a few questions about the solution. 1. What is your operating system and what terminal do you use. 2. Why do you need to store it in local database? Do you want to have an offline access to it? 3. What are your preference for answering comments? Do you want to answer video by video or you just want them all together? 4. Define answered comment. If any user answered to a comment is it considered to be answered or you want to answer all comments? Here is what can be done: Have a list (like a todo list) of answered comments. You can go up and down the list with up/down arrows or j/k keys. When you find one you feel like answering you press enter and it gives you a place to write reply. When you are done you press ctrl+enter and the comment goes to youtube and disappears from your list. You continues until the list is empty or you are tired. Of course the workflow and keys can be changed.
